Complete strip out of existing offices and CAT A fit-out. Full mechanical & electrical insulation with partitions, ceilings, decorations, flooring, new kitchen including the WC’s. This project was a fast track programme which was delivered within time and budget. Sandell have since negotiated other floors with the Project Management team.
