Full design and build office fit-out for Workman’s new Birmingham office. Originally an empty shell, the space was transformed into a modern, collaborative workplace designed to support productivity and wellbeing. The project included the creation of a bespoke reception area with a custom-designed desk, a fully equipped kitchen, office spaces and a variety of breakout spaces. We also delivered meeting rooms, focus rooms, and a dedicated wellbeing room, alongside full furniture procurement and comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) works.
