Sandell negotiated this project with NCS Group (PM Company) to carry out the completed fit-out works for their client Brush UK who were seeking to relocate to new premises. Works comprised of full strip out of existing 2 floor offices to create new reception area, meeting rooms, board rooms, offices, break out / canteen area and WC fit-out. Scope of works included new partitioning, ceilings, floorings, decorations, kitchens, toilets, full mechanical & electrical and furniture procurement. Project was successfully delivered within timescales and budget.
