Working alongside project managers Cushman & Wakefield, this project required a total refurbishment following a tenant vacation. Scope of work consisted of strip-out of existing offices, canteen, and WC area with external roof/cladding replacement, flooring works to warehouse and full decoration to steel frames including new offices and toilet fit-out.
