Description
Creation of 2 storey extension linked to the existing building to create additional office and display area at ground floor and increased restaurant area at first floor along with new staff welfare facilities. Works included ground works, steelwork, cladding, roofing and curtain walling to create the extension. Mechanical and electrical fit out to the extension. An internal fit out which incorporated Smart Glass and glazed partitions, tiling, decorations, new kitchen and new toilets. Externally we installed a new sliding gate and security barrier to replace existing external gates.
