Ground floor reception and gymnasium / spa fit-out. Complete strip out of existing rooms on ground and first floor to create open plan areas for gymnasium fit-out and spa room. Work involved creation of changing facilities, WC / shower areas, gym training suite, dance studio, new reception area. Scope of works included new extension. partitions, flooring, ceilings, decorations, mechanical / electrical installation and new furniture.
