Description
New build extension to create car showroom and alteration works to workshop area. The project consisted of a new build extension with mezzanine floor to create offices and front showroom area where the back of house was created for servicing workshop area. Main element of works involved demolition of existing and building new extension with groundworks, steelwork, cladding, roofing and curtain walling to create extension, with full mechanical and electrical services. Internal partition to create offices with tiling, ceilings, kitchen, WC areas, decorations. Project was completed within budget and the revised schedule programme following the COVID lockdown period.
